SEATING If you have a Reserved Seating ticket, you will need a wristband which you will receive at the gate entrance. Chairs are supplied for this area.
If you are in General Admission Field, you may bring a foldable concert chair or picnic blanket.
DISTANCE TO VENUE 30 minutes from Auckland CBD, 20 minutes from Manukau City CBD, 10 minutes from Auckland International & Domestic Airports.
CAR PARKING There are two carparks at Villa Maria. The Southern Carpark via Pavillion Drive and the Northern Carpark via Oruarangi Road. Mobility Carpark is accessed via the VIP entrance. Please note: do not park on Michelson Street. The mobility carpark is accessed via the Oruarangi Road, this carpark is restricted to wheelchair users who have a mobility car pass.
DROP OFF POINT All drop offs for general public, taxis shuttles & buses etc will be at252 Oruarangi Road. There is absolutely no public entry for cars or pedestrians via the main gates at 118 Montgomerie Road.
TAXI Taxi and Uber drop off point is at the 252 Oruarangi Road. There is absolutely no public entry for cars or pedestrians via the main gates at 118 Montgomerie Road. To get a taxi after the show, there is a taxi rank within the venue, it is near the stage and well marked. If you are rebooking a taxi collection, they are allowed through the main gates at 118 Montgomerie Road 1 hour before the show ends. The collection point for pre-booked taxis is marked and is near the taxi rank. Uber departures will be from 252 Oruagrangi Road.
OUTDOOR CONCERT This is an outdoor concert. Please check the weather forecast before you leave home and come prepared. This is New Zealand! We will play rain or shine, unless there are exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the promoter.
CHILDREN One child 12 years and under will be given free admittance when accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket in the General Admission Field section. All patrons will require a ticket to enter the General Admission Seated area. (Note: there will be a bus ticket charge for children.)
CANNOT BRING INTO VENUE Glass bottles/containers of any kind, alcohol, professional cameras or recording devices.
SUN SMART Please bring sun protection with you.
FOOD You can bring your own food and sealed bottled water, no glass please. There will be food stalls on site with a variety of selections including vegetarian options.
BEVERAGE The event is fully licensed. Wine, beer, soft drink and water available. Absolutely no BYO alcohol. You are allowed to bring in a sealed bottle of water into the venue.
SECURITY There will be professional show security on site and all bags will be checked at the entry gate.
MERCHANDISING Artist merchandising will be available for sale.
